Lighting, Look-Development, & Compositing Reel
This is my most current demo reel, consisting of projects that showcase my CG lighting, look-dev, and compositing work from my junior and senior years of college, as well as post-graduation. REEL BREAKDOWN:
The first half of a project I worked on with my one-on-one CG lighting and compositing mentor from The Lighting Lab. I am responsible for the lighting, shading, some texturing (environment, man’s tie, girl’s shoes, and her weapons), rendering, and compositing. Maya, Substance Painter and Designer, Arnold, NukeX.
A shot from my co-directed senior thesis film, Beach Trip! (May 2024). I am responsible for the lighting, shading, all texturing (except for the drink machines and slurpee cups, textured by Anna Riva), character modeling, rendering, and compositing. 2-week midterm project from a lighting/rendering class I took during my junior year of college. The assignment was to create a still life, using a painting as reference for light and color. I used a Rembrandt painting, and emphasized the dramatic contrast in lighting values, as well as deep reds and black. Responsible for lighting, shading, set-dressing, and rendering. Maya, Arnold, Photoshop.
2-week final project from a lighting/rendering class I took during my junior year of college. The assignment was to create anything we wanted, so I decide to create a morning sunrise scene inside of an old barn. Responsible for lighting, shading, barn wood textures, set-dressing, and rendering. Maya, Substance Painter, Arnold, Photoshop.

Personal project I made during summer ‘24, after I graduated from college. I found concept art that I really liked, and decided to recreate the composition in 3D. Responsible for lighting, shading, texturing, set-dressing, rendering, and final touch ups. Maya, Substance Painter and Designer, Arnold, Photoshop.
