While I was experimenting with creating fabrics in Substance Designer, I decided to create one for this character in a project I’ve been gradually working on since the Fall of ‘24. Here, I wanted to give the man a bit of extra color to his overall look, in order to help him pop out more from the darker office space around him. I plan to work further on this material, as well as create more like it since I enjoyed the experimental process.

Here, I’ve included a test render from a shot I’m working on as a lighter and compositor as well as look-dev artist. In addition, I have my Substance Designer graph, showing the process of creating the material.
